The home has progressed to the point where the plywood is installed in the areas over the garage door and the porch overhang. The electrical has been roughed in as well and the plumbing. The HVAC is also roughed in with the ducting in place and the register openings in place. Also installed are the facias and the vented soffits. The shingles where to be installed today but (you guessed it) the 35mph winds didn't help any so we will try again Thursday.

  photo (11) copy (1).png   The next update will be pictures with the shingles in place and hopefully the windows installed. I think the progress is outstanding especially since it has been ONLY 4 weeks since the "Home Package " was delivered.

November 18, 2006   YES WE HAVE SHINGLES and should have windows in the week of the 24th.  HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE  !!!!!
