October 18th 2006 is the start of the Panelized home process. The trucks containing the home package are at the building site at 8:00 AM  and the drivers start to unstrap the panels that were used to secure them through transit. The two trucks where unloaded  by 10:30 AM.

photo (22).png After a break and a snack we began the process of standing up and securing the panels making sure they are plumbed and level. This started at 11:30 AM. During this process several panels had to be modified because of the plumbing which had to fit in the bottom of the panels.

MORE TO COME!!! CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!

October 21, 2006 @2:00PM ****All exterior walls are up and the interior walls are also up. We will take the rest of the weekend off and Start to fine tune the panels on Monday. The roof trusses are scheduled for delivery on Oct. 25th if everything goes as planned.  Pictures below.

Next will be the trusses and the roof  sheeting and the water proofing of the window and door openings. We are going to use the Stucco System mentioned on the site.

STAY TUNED !!!!    October 24th 2006.  I came to the building site to make room and organize the delivery of the trusses the next morning. On the way to the motel I noticed a truck driving the opposite direction and had the trusses on it so I did a U turn and met the driver at the lot. Even though the delivery wasn't supposed to be until October 25th we decided that since he was at the site and there was still ample light then we would unload the trusses and get the driver back on his way home. He had driven over 1100 miles since 11:00AM Monday the 23rd. Started to unload at 5:00PM and finished at 6:30 PM.
