HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!  2007

The House is really taking shape. The interior is drywalled and textured as of December  26th 2006. The Guard dog has decided that it needs to move on after trying to eat the door weatherstrips. Must have been really hungry!!   The weather has not allowed to much to be done on the exterior of the house but we are planning to start with the water proofing the week of the 8th of Jan.  More pictures as the house starts to take shape.

We have been working on and off on the exterior because of weather delays and moisture. Having more time to concentrate on the interior---The house has all the walls painted and the flooring installed in all the main rooms. The HVAC is complete and working also the elctrical fixtures are in place. Below are some pictures of the Exterior with the ''Pink'' material applied and Facia trim painted. Also the drive to the garage and sidewalk.
